What better way to get a hands-on look at Passover and its traditions than by baking authentic “shmurah matzah” just as our ancestors did over 3,000 years ago?!

The Model Matzah Bakery is an interactive experience with fun for the entire family. Begin by threshing wheat stalks and end up with a freshly baked matzah. Learn about the story of Passover, the laws and traditions of the holiday and about the different items on the Seder plate. Then take home your own hand baked Shmurah Matzah, made in Israel.
